Engine fault came up again for 3rd time . Each time it has been the same thing I think to do with emmissions. Some sensors I think changed out Mot was also done and health check which was appreciated.

It would have been useful to have been given forewarning of the significant roadworks ongoing around the garage. In addition, I only found out that the car washing was unavailable when I found a printed message in the passenger seat.

That is twice the car has been in for the same problem with drivers mirror and shown video of fault, it happens on cold days but only to the drivers mirror. Unable to replicate fault due to car warming up, if it doesn't affect the passengers side one

Difficult to answer as was well looked after by the team however car was not fixed as cannot justify a £4k repair on a 7 year old car. Still had to pay £1200 for diagnostics and a new HV cable.

They had the car for over 24 hours. It was to find out three things. 1 - a tyre became deflated below the recommended pressure within about a week of inflating. 2 - the windscreen washers did not aim jets at the screen. 3 - one windscreen 'smudged.

Shortage of microfilter parts at national level is not the fault of the dealer, but as changing the filter is half of the service perhaps they should have cancelled the appointment until shortage resolved. Cost to change brake fluid unjustifiable.
