They phoned after doing a full health check on my car to say that the only advisory is one front tyre was a bit low. Then sent a video to me, showing me underneath the car etc and the checks they do. Brilliant

I had no issue with the garage but I did have issue with the warranty company Why is it acceptable to take my money for warranty but when there was an issue with my car which was there when I bought it did they take a week to authorise the work?

Car booked in at 10:00 for full service. Advised that the car would by ready at 15:00. After taking the shuttle bus into town, returned at 14:00. Received a phone call from technician with a report and advice at 15:00. Picked up car at 15:05.

I waited at bmw Aberdeen 7 hours one day to do oil and filter change, felt that was very excessive! Then had to go back on a Saturday, book my vehicle in at 8.30am to do front and rear brakes and wait another 4 hours, was told they will do it asap ??

I waited for a call to say my car was ready and come mid afternoon when there was no word I phoned to be told the car was ready. I assume (maybe wrongly )that the car had been ready for at least a little while.

The service staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My car was recently returned for warranty work and as they had to wait for a part I was kept updated almost daily until the job was completed. First class service.

There's still an issue at check-in, the process is neither clear nor consistent. Last time I went to service reception and was asked to check-in on the self-serve screen. This time I went to the self/serve and it sent me to service reception!

Car dropped off 4pm Thurs, could have prioritised MOT given there was a pre- stated front brake problem. MOT failure was intimated by text ca 4pm Friday with insufficient time to replace disks and brake pads. Skeleton crew Sat so Mon before repaired.

Given a very expensive price for tyres needing done and the minute I found a cheaper quote. There was no question it was price matched and you were by far the highest price. I was getting quotes from 195 to 220 and you offered 250.
